- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience with BOA. They will allow a merchant to overdraft you account without your permission multiple times for the same denied transaction. Expect you to pay the overdraft fees (even though you did not authorize the charges). Shut down your account, and than place you on the CHEX system for...get this gem...."account abuse". Than, when you try to call to straighten out situation, NO HELP at all from reps. They play the "kick the can down the road" game, so they don't have to do actual work. Lawsuit pending. Deuchebags! Other problems with BOA. Ridiculous fees, horrible interest rates, and I think they go out of their way to make sure employees at certain Norwalk locations are as dumb as possible.By Jeremiah Poker, February 23, 2017
