- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I arrived 5 minutes before opening. There were about 20 people ahead of me. Once the office opened there were two staff members helping each customer, routing them to the correct line, and providing clear instructions. I had to get a CT drivers license and register a car in CT. I would out within 75 minutes. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and courteous. The only negatives, and I'm being picky here: - The automated announcement of which number was ready to be served was loud and continuous to the point of being annoying. - The eye test was a separate station; in NY my vision was checked at the same time as the paperwork was being processed, saving time.
